HR Bootcamp: Handling Harassment in the Performing Arts Workplace—Backstage, Onstage, Front of House, and in the Office

The session explores the various (and unspoken) places harassment can exist in the performing arts industry, guides participants on how to address these challenges and offers counsel on implementing and enforcing clear strategies and policies. Participants will team up and discuss harassment scenarios, and an attorney and human resources expert give feedback and guidance on the best approaches.
